Constrction of Al Salam School Complex in Riyadh

The project involves the construction and finishing of a boys’ and girls’ school complex in Al-Salam district, Riyadh, with a total built-up area of 35,000 square meters.

The scope includes academic buildings with classrooms, laboratories, and libraries, administrative facilities for staff and management, and sports and recreational areas with indoor and outdoor courts.

Additionally, the project covers infrastructure and utility networks, including water supply, drainage, electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and low-current systems, along with landscaping, parking, and external works to create a modern and fully integrated educational environment.
